Bob has more than 40 years of senior leadership and executive management experience in aerospace and defense, spanning both career military service and the private sector.
He has excelled in government contracting, commercial business development, sales, financial management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has held numerous key industry positions, including Chief Growth Officer at Elbit America and Senior Advisory Director at Lincoln International, a global investment bank.
With extensive congressional and international experience, Bob maintains strong relationships with senior leaders across the Department of Defense (DoD), including the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Joint Staff, the Armed Services, and leading figures within the aerospace, defense, and aviation industry.
Bob is also very active with public service as a National Board member for EasterSeals, National Advisory board member for the National Medal of Honor Society, and serves on several boards at his alma mater, the United States Air Force Academy.
