Jeff leverages his extensive career military and private sector experience to provide business development and customer engagement support to defense technology clients seeking to achieve growth.
His distinguished Navy career includes commanding USS MAINE (SSBN 741) and completing ten overseas deployments onboard five submarines and an aircraft carrier. As a Defense Acquisition Major Program Manager, Jeff led the development of submarine exterior communications systems and joint tactical networking capabilities across the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.
Jeff's industry roles include Vice President of Maritime at Elbit America, Vice President of Federal Programs at Scalable Network Technologies, Director of Advanced Maritime Programs at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, and Director of Technology and Navy Programs at AtHoc, Inc. Jeff enjoys strong relationships with key government and industry leaders engaged in military operations, acquisition and technology development.
