Mo Khan

Mo is a senior aerospace and defense executive and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with over 30 years of leadership experience across the defense, intelligence, and global security sectors. He has led strategic P&L business units, advanced programs, and complex manufacturing and production operations at industry leaders including Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Orbital ATK, and Seneca Nation Group. His executive roles—ranging from Sector President to Senior Vice President—have included oversight of portfolios exceeding $150 billion. Mo’s growth-oriented leadership has delivered results across major facility consolidations, advanced manufacturing investments, production optimization, and corporate development, including M&A, strategic partnerships, and international expansion in more than 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific. Widely recognized for his deep expertise in strategic deterrence, nuclear triad modernization, hypersonics, missile defense, and next-generation C4ISR systems, Mo previously served as commander of the world’s largest Intercontinental Ballistic Missile unit and later as a senior Pentagon official, where he directed all Air Force Space Operations and led the budgeting and programming of over $184 billion in national security space, nuclear, and ISR systems. He is known for integrating emerging technologies into mission-critical architectures and for building agile, high-performance teams across multinational defense and industrial ecosystems.
