Pete provides expert guidance on Defense acquisition funding, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and export control, helping clients enhance revenue and expand strategic networks.
During his 27-year Air Force career, Pete was a Level III certified acquisition professional with roles in engineering, program management, programming and budgeting, and security cooperation. He also served as an air battle manager on the E-3 AWACS, accumulating 1,800 flight hours, including 680 combat support hours. His assignments included key roles at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, USAF Headquarters, Air Force Special Operations Command, and multiple aircraft development programs, as well as space propulsion and vehicle programs at the Air Force Research Lab.
In the private sector, Pete has held senior business development and international sales roles as Vice President at Textron Systems and Pison Technology, and Senior Director for ST Engineering North America. He also led strategy development, program execution, and revenue growth at Pison Technology and 3M.
