Rich Tucker

Rich brings more than 27 years of elite military leadership, strategic planning, and enterprise consulting experience to deliver high-impact business development and customer engagement support to defense technology clients, with a specialized focus on the U.S. Army aviation market. His distinguished Army career culminated as a Colonel serving as Chief of Staff for the Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) at Fort Rucker, following his command of the 1st Aviation Brigade, where he directed institutional training and force generation for the entire aviation branch. An accomplished pilot and commander, Rich’s extensive background spans multiple deployments in combat and contingency operations—including Iraq, Afghanistan, and other critical theaters—alongside key international assignments with U.S. Pacific Command and U.S. Southern Command (commanding the 1-228th Aviation Regiment in Honduras). In the private sector, he serves as President of StrikePoint LLC, driving executive management and enterprise consulting for advanced defense solutions. A West Point graduate with master’s degrees from the U.S. Army War College and Appalachian State University, Rich leverages deep, enduring relationships across AVCOE, the U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), and the broader DoD to help clients capture strategic growth opportunities.
