Sean Spradlin

Lieutenant Colonel Sean Spradlin, USAF (Ret.)

Sean leverages more than 21 years of military experience in the aerospace defense industry and the Department of Defense (DoD), specializing in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR). During his Air Force career, Sean held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of International Command & Control Programs at SAF/International Affairs (Pentagon), where he advised senior leadership on defense trade, security policy, and international business development. A Master Air Battle Manager, he accumulated 4,300 flight hours and 1,500 combat hours, experience he now applies as an E-3G AWACS Air Battle Manager (ABM) Instructor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Sonoran Technology. Sean maintains strong relationships across the defense sector and has deep expertise in the Source Development Program/Source Approval Request (SAR) processes. He has successfully led FMS upgrades and sustainment efforts totaling $11.5 billion, integrating program management, marketing strategy, and business development to support global defense initiatives.
