Terri Quick

Terri is a recognized program management expert with more than 30 years of military and defense industry experience, specializing in acquisition strategy, congressional engagement, logistics, technology transition, and business development. She has held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including Senior Director of Air Force Customer Engagement at Elbit Systems of America, where she secured strategic business opportunities and drove over $300M in annual Air Force contracts. During her Air Force career, Terri managed major defense programs, including serving as B-1 / B-52 Development Systems Manager, F-16 Foreign Military Sales Program Manager, and F-35 Vehicle Systems Program Manager, leading multi-billion-dollar modernization and procurement efforts. These assignments culminated in her being Vice Commander of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, overseeing the 26,000-person, $205B organization and leading high-level acquisition and workforce development initiatives.
